Website Exclusive Standard Delivery

There are varying delivery time frames for Website Exclusive products. Please refer to the individual product detail page or your order confirmation e-mail for details. Deliveries are made from Monday-Friday between 9am and 5:30pm, during peak time your delivery may arrive between 7.30am and 9pm

Free on less than 5 kilometer radius from the point of purchase.

Exceeding 5 kilometer range will be charged with Rs.40 for each kilometer.

Note: Website orders can be paied at the time of delivery or picking up. (only cash payments could be done for deliveries)

All of our deliveries are subjected to stock availability and management authorization, and that you are available to accept the delivery.

FAQ

How soon can I collect my order?

When you place your order, you will be able to choose your collection day. If you order before 4pm, you will usually be able to select the next working day. At peak times, the lead time may be extended.If you ordered on the Web a text message confirming when your order is ready for collection. If you have not received your text or email confirmation by your selected delivery date please contact the store directly.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. They will need to answer security questions about you: your name, home address and email address or telephone number. It would be helpful if they could bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase when collecting your order. If you can't print the document, please ask them to take a note of your order number and details as they will be needed at the store.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know. Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
